Draft choices are students graduating or recently graduated who studied graphic communications, print management, marketing or other allied programs in which their skills can be applied to printing, publishing or packaging companies. These are students that every hiring manager should be scrutinizing.
Free Agents are professionals with experience that we screen and recommend to hiring managers.
Here’s how it works: Bios of the Draft Choices and Free Agents are posted here, linked to interesting work they’ve done and to their postings on Hi-Res Kills. Hiring managers view the bios, read the papers or other work the students have done, read their posts, and, if they’re interested, go to Hireskills.com and view the student’s resume and contact them.
